Consumer disclosure and consent to do business electronically
Under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), we need your consent before you receive and sign documents electronically. Please read this before agreeing. Version 2026-10-01.
Doing business electronically
The sender of this document ("the sender") uses BluSign to send you notices, disclosures and documents electronically and to collect your electronic signature. By agreeing, you consent to receive these records electronically and to sign them with an electronic signature. Your consent applies to the document in this signing request and to the related notices sent through BluSign, including the completed copy.
Your right to a paper copy
You may ask the sender for a paper copy of any document you are asked to sign electronically, at any time, free of charge. Contact the sender at the email address shown on the signing page. You can also download and print the completed document from your signing link once everyone has signed.
Withdrawing your consent
You may withdraw your consent to do business electronically at any time before you sign. To do so, choose Decline to sign on the signing page (you can give a reason), or contact the sender by email. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legal effect of anything signed electronically before you withdrew it. If you withdraw, the sender may need to complete this transaction with you on paper.
Hardware and software you need
A computer, tablet or phone with a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, with JavaScript enabled; an internet connection; a working email account that can receive messages from BluSign; and software that can open PDF files (most browsers can) so you can view, save or print your documents. If these requirements change in a way that affects your ability to access or keep your records, we will tell you and you may withdraw consent without charge.
Keeping your contact information up to date
Documents and notices are sent to the email address the sender entered for you. If it changes, or is wrong, contact the sender so they can update it and resend. BluSign cannot change it for you.
Keeping a copy
When everyone has signed, you will receive an email with a link to download the completed PDF, including a certificate of completion. We recommend you save or print a copy for your records.
